Proyek Oasis Central Sudirman. Taspen Gandeng Mitra Internasional
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Melanjutkan proyek kerja sama yang dimulai tahun 2021 melalui anak perusahaannya yaitu Taspen Properti, Taspen dan Mitsubishi Estate melakukan penandatanganan kerjasama dengan kontraktor utama terpilih, yakni konsorsium antara China State Construction, dan Taisei Joint Operation dalam pembangunan proyek Oasis Central Sudirman.Proyek Oasis Central Sudirman sendiri akan memiliki dua gedung utama yang akan berdiri di atas lahan seluas 3,3 hektar serta salah satu gedung tersebut akan menjadi gedung tertinggi di Indonesia.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Perencanaan dan Aktuaria Taspen menyampaikan melalui kolaborasi ini, Taspen berharap dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dan memperkuat BUMN sebagai penggerak roda perekonomian Indonesia melalui peningkatan foreign direct investment.
