TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM-Tradisi unik setelah momen Hari Raya Idul Adha masih dipegang erat Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Bani Rancang, Desa Lemah Kembar, Kecamatan Sumberasih, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur.
Tradisi itu berupa 'Sate Lanjeng' atau Sate Panjang, dimana seluruh santri di Ponpes Bani Rancang membakar daging kurban dengan menggunakan bakaran berukuran 50 meter.
Setelah matang lalu para santri menggelar makan bersama dengan menu bakaran daging kurban yang diletakkan diatas daun pisang ditambah nasi putih. (*)
