Nga-Ukraine đổ lỗi nhau vụ bệnh viện nhi ở Kiev bị tấn công, Hội đồng Bảo an Liên Hợp Quốc họp khẩnNgày 9/7 (theo giờ New York, Mỹ), Hội đồng Bảo an Liên Hợp Quốc đã nhóm họp phiên khẩn cấp để thảo luận về tình hình xung đột tại Ukraine sau khi xảy ra các cuộc tấn công quy mô lớn bằng tên lửa tại nước này. Cuộc họp diễn ra theo yêu cầu từ Anh, Pháp, Ecuador, Slovenia và Mỹ. Trước đó vào ngày 8/7, Ukraine cáo buộc Nga đã phóng tên lửa vào bệnh viện nhi Okhmatdyt ở Kiev, đồng thời tấn công các thành phố khác trên khắp Ukraine bằng tên lửa tầm xa. Người phát ngôn Điện Kremlin, ông Dmitry Peskov tuyên bố chính vũ khí phòng không của Ukraine, chứ không phải của Nga, đã gây ra thiệt hại cho bệnh viện nhi ở Kiev vào ngày 8/7.
