JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pengacara Keluarga Almarhum Arya Daru, Martin Lukas Simanjuntak meminta agar dua rekan Arya Daru yang terlihat di CCTV terakhir bersamanya yakni Vara dan Dion diperiksa."Makanya saya bilang, konferensi Pers Polda Metro Jaya di tanggal 29 Juli itu menurut kita keliru parah. Karena kenapa? Masih banyak hal-hal yang harus ditutup rapat untuk menyimpulkan tidak ada peristiwa pidana, tapi justru dibiarkan lolos saja begitu. Seperti contohnya di handphone," ungkap Martin.
"Lalu beberapa informasi seperti CCTV. Di awal yang beredar di masyarakat, CCTV itu katanya digeser atas permintaan istri Arya Daru. Padahal iya atau tidak? Nonsense, nggak. Nggak pernah ada perintah untuk menggeser CCTV dari istri Arya Daru," ungkapnya lagi.
Kabareskrim 2009-2011, Komjen (Purn.) Ito Sumardi menyebut apabila keterangan istri almarhum tidak sesuai dengan keterangan terkait CCTV, maka harus dilakukan konfrontasi. Bisa juga dilakukan namanya eksaminasi.
