Digugat Cerai Pratama Arhan sejak 1 Agustus, Azizah Salsha Punya 14 Hari Ajukan Banding Cerai Talak

Menurut juru bicara PA Tigaraksa, Sholahuddin, Senin (25/8), Azizah sudah diputus cerai secara verstek seusai menjalani sidang dua kali.
Namun secara hukum gugatan cerai itu belum diputuskan pengadilan.
Menurut Sholahuddin, pengadilan masih menunggu ikrar cerai dibacakan Pratama Arhan dalam persidangan.
Pihaknya menjelaskan, Azizah Salsha juga memiliki waktu 14 hari untuk mengajukan perlawanan atau banding atas putusan cerai.
"Masih ada waktu 14 hari ke depan untuk mengajukan perlawanan (banding atas putusan cerai)," lanjutnya.
Sholahuddin menyatakan, jika Salsha tidak mengajukan banding, nanti putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap.
"Kalau dia (Azizah Salsha) tidak mengajukan perlawanan, nanti putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap," kata Sholahudddin.
Meski demikian, pihaknya tak mengetahui alasan kuat Pratama Arhan menggugat cerai Zize.
