Tahap berikutnya, Komisi III akan menentukan dan menetapkan nama-nama yang akan diusulkan sebagai hakim agung maupun hakim ad hoc tahun 2025 di rapat pleno hari ini.
Wakil Ketua Komisi III, Sari Yuliati, memastikan rapat pleno tersebut berlangsung pada Selasa, 16 September 2025 pukul 09.00 WIB di kompleks parlemen Senayan.
Sementara itu, anggota Komisi III Nasir Djamil menegaskan, hasil akhir akan bergantung pada keputusan tiap fraksi.
“Total ada 16 calon hakim yang telah menjalani fit and proper test. Semoga besok sudah ada kejelasan siapa yang lolos,” katanya.
Adapun 16 kandidat yang telah mengikuti uji kelayakan di Komisi III DPR RI yakni:
