İran, 1 milyon Afgan mülteciyi neden sınır dışı ediyor?
İran, yıllardır milyonlarca Afgan mülteciye kapılarını açan ülkelerin başında geliyordu. Ancak ekonomik kriz, işsizlik ve güvenlik endişeleri derinleştikçe, Tahran yönetimi rotasını değiştirdi. Son aylarda yüz binlerce Afgan, “gönüllü dönüş” adı altında sınır dışı edildi. Fakat sahadaki tanıklıklar, bu sürecin çoğu zaman zorla gerçekleştiğini gösteriyor.Taliban yönetimi altındaki Afganistan’da ise güvenlik ve yaşam koşulları hâlâ belirsiz. Geri dönenler, çoğu zaman işsizlik, yoksulluk ve sosyal dışlanmayla karşı karşıya kalıyor. Kadınlar ve çocuklar içinse durum çok daha ağır: eğitimden, sağlık hizmetlerinden ve temel haklardan mahrum bir hayat.
Bu video, Sovyet işgalinden bugüne süregelen Afgan göçünün hikayesini, İran’ın mülteci politikasındaki değişimi ve “zorunlu dönüş” sürecinin bölgeye yansımalarını inceliyor. İran neden şimdi sınırlarını kapatıyor? Taliban neden bu karara sert tepki gösteriyor? Ve milyonlarca Afgan için bu dönüş, gerçekten bir “eve dönmek” mi, yoksa yeni bir sürgün mü?
