Hal tersebut sebagaimana ditegaskan oleh Hakim Ketua Fahzal Hendri dalam sidang lanjutan di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, hari ini.
Sebagaimana diketahui, sidang kasus Gazalba dibuka kembali setelah Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta mengabulkan verzet atau perlawanan jaksa Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi terhadap putusan sela majelis hakim atas eksepsi yang diajukan Gazalba.
Adapun dalam sidang ini, Gazalba Saleh meminta majelis hakim untuk tidak melakukan penahanan kembali terhadap dirinya.
