KOMPAS.TV - Israel mendeportasi 137 aktivis Global Sumud Flotilla usai ditangkap di Laut Mediterania saat berlayar menuju Gaza. Para aktivis dideportasi ke Turki.Kementerian Luar Negeri Turki menyebut, para aktivis berasal dari berbagai negara, di antaranya Malaysia, Italia, Swiss, Tunisia, dan Amerika Serikat.
Sebelumnya, Israel mencegat 42 kapal flotilla yang berlayar menuju Gaza untuk mengantar bantuan kemanusiaan. Israel menangkap sekitar 500 aktivis, termasuk Greta Thunberg dan Mandla Mandela.
Di Lisbon, warga menggelar aksi unjuk rasa mengecam penahanan aktivis armada bantuan Gaza oleh militer Israel.
Para demonstran melakukan long march sebagai bentuk solidaritas terhadap aktivis yang dicegat dan ditahan militer Israel. Mereka membawa bendera Palestina dan spanduk bertuliskan "Akhiri Genosida".
Pengunjuk rasa juga menyerukan pembebasan para aktivis yang ditahan dan menyebut penangkapan tersebut sebagai kejahatan internasional.
