Pero más allá de la tarea en sí, hay una reflexión sobre algo que lo hace todo más fácil: el diseño.Procesar cañas, afilar herramientas, preparar la cama nueva, limpiar los nidos… cada paso forma parte de un ciclo que nutre también a la huerta a través del compost. Así funciona una minigranja diseñada: los elementos se interconectan y nada se desperdicia.
