PDIP Deddy Sitorus Sempat Kritisi Putusan KPU Terkait Kerahasiaan Ijazah Capres-Cawapres
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Anggota Komisi II DPR dari Fraksi PDIP Deddy Sitorus mengkritisi keputusan KPU yang sempat menutupi akses publik terhadap dokumen termasuk ijazah capres dan cawapres.Keputusan KPU no 731 tahun 2025 dinilai bertentangan dengan undang-undang pemilu dan prinsip keterbukaan informasi publik.
Ia menegaskan dokumen seorang pejabat publik merupakan informasi publik yang wajib dibuka kecuali alamat dan KTP.
"Tidak ada di dalam Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik maupun Undang-Undang Pemilu khususnya pilpres yang memperbolehkan atau menjadi landasan hukum bagi KPU untuk menutup informasi capres cawapres kita," kata Deddy Sitorus.
Sebelumnya Ketua KPU Mochammad Afifuddin telah mengeluarkan pengumuman membatalkan keputusan KPU nomor 731 tahun 2025.
