JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mabes Polri mengakui ada anggota Densus 88 yang diamankan karena menguntit Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung Febrie Ardiansyah.Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Sandi Nugroho menyebut, anggota Densus 88 yang menguntit Jampidsus telah dijemput dan diperiksa oleh Biro Paminal Propam Polri.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan, Propam Polri menyatakan tak ada pelanggaran etika, disiplin, ataupun pidana yang dilakukan anggota Densus tersebut.
Wakil Ketua Komisi Hukum DPR Fraksi Partai Gerindra, Habiburokhman menyatakan masih menunggu penjelasan resmi dan belum ada rencana memanggil Kapolri ataupun Jaksa Agung usai kasus anggota Densus 88 menguntit Jampidsus jadi sorotan.
Sementara, anggota Komisi Hukum DPR fraksi PKS Nasir Djamil minta pemerintah memberi penjelasan apakah penguntitan jampidsus bersifat instruksi kelembagaan atau personal.
