안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 후라이드치킨과 간장치킨을 준비해봤어요!
한입 베어 물면 겉은 바삭하게 씹히면서도 속살은 촉촉한게
역시 갓 튀긴 치킨은 진리더라구요
짭조름한 간과 고소한 튀김 맛이 은은하게 느껴지는게
약간 처갓집 후라이드치킨 같은 옛날 치킨 느낌이었어요
간장치킨에 사용한 간장소스는 유튜브 영상을 보고 만들어봤는데요!
튀긴 치킨에 소스를 버무리니까
윤기가 반짝반짝 돌면서 보기만 해도 정말 먹음직스럽더라구요!
적당히 짭조름하면서 달달한 맛이 완전 내스타일!!
치킨에는 역시 시원한 맥주가 가장 먼저 생각나잖아요
저도 당연히 치킨과 맥주를 함께 먹으려고 했는데
냉장고를 열어보니 맥주가 없더라구요..
대신 막걸리가 있어서 오늘은 치킨과 막걸리를 함께 먹어봤는데
막걸리의 부드럽고 은은하게 달달한 맛이
튀긴 치킨의 고소함과 잘 어울렸고
치킨을 먹은 뒤 막걸리를 한 모금 마시면
입안에 남아 있던 기름진 맛을 부드럽게 정리해줬어요!
맥주는 시원하고 톡 쏘는 맛으로 치킨의 느끼함을 잡아준다면
막걸리는 부드럽고 고소한 맛으로
치킨과 자연스럽게 어우러지는 느낌이라 치막도 강추해볼게요!
