Kabarettist Michael Altinger nimmt in seinem Auftritt bei „Nuhr im Ersten“ den aktuellen Fachkräftemangel und die deutsche Arbeitsmoral aufs Korn. Ob der Heizungsbauer, der ihn zur Selbsthilfe verdonnert , oder der Lieblingsitaliener, der ihm mangels Personal die eigene Mutter zur Hochzeit anbietet – überall fehlt es an Arbeitskräften.
Altinger knöpft sich die „Chefmotivatoren“ der Politik vor und stellt fest: Schimpfen hilft nicht, wir brauchen mehr Feiertage! Sein Angebot an Berlin: Tausche Länderfinanzausgleich gegen bayerische Feiertage wie den „Söder-Dönerstag“.
Außerdem blickt er zurück auf das „Wirtschaftswunder“ – eine Zeit, in der auf dem Bau und im Büro noch ganz andere „Konterhalbe“ und Muntermacher im Spiel waren. Heute zappeln die Handwerker stattdessen vom Kaffee-Overkill!
