SOCIAL CLUBS IN DEUTSCHLAND: Nach Legalisierung von Cannabis —Vereine dürfen Anbaulizenz beantragen

Schon seit April ist der Konsum von Cannabis unter bestimmten Umständen erlaubt - ab Montag können dann Anbauvereine, sogenannte Cannabis Social Clubs, an den Start gehen und eine Lizenz für den Anbau beantragen. Die Vereine dürfen höchstens 500 Mitglieder haben und maximal 25 Gramm Cannabis pro Tag und 50 Gramm pro Monat an diese abgeben.

Außerdem dürfen sie an ihre Mitglieder Samen und Stecklinge für den Eigenanbau zu Hause weitergeben - und zwar bis zu sieben Samen oder fünf Stecklinge pro Monat. Grundlage ist das neue Cannabisgesetz, das im Februar vom Bundestag beschlossen und im März vom Bundesrat gebilligt wurde. Mitglieder der Clubs können nur Erwachsene werden. Sind sie unter 21 Jahre alt, bekommen sie höchstens 30 Gramm pro Monat.
