Una miccia accesa che vola dal finestrino di un camion della raccolta rifiuti e, pochi istanti dopo, le fiamme che avvolgono la macchia mediterranea. È questa la scena documentata nel corso delle indagini che hanno portato all’arresto di due operatori ecologici, gravemente indiziati di incendio boschivo doloso nelle campagne di Frigole, marina di Lecce. Secondo la ricostruzione dei carabinieri Forestali, un 62enne di origine albanese residente a Lecce e un 57enne leccese, già noto alle forze dell’ordine, avrebbero lanciato una miccia di carta accesa dal mezzo aziendale in movimento verso alcuni cumuli di rifiuti lungo una strada provinciale.
