MACHTFRAGE BERLIN: Linke will Vergesellschaftung durchsetzen und setzt Koalitionspartner unter DruckNach dem Wahlsieg der Linken in Berlin stehen mögliche Koalitionsgespräche an. Die Partei will dabei vor allem bezahlbare Mieten, einen Stopp weiterer Mietsteigerungen und die Umsetzung des Volksentscheids zur Vergesellschaftung großer Wohnungsunternehmen thematisieren. Gleichzeitig wird über die Finanzierung, mögliche Entschädigungszahlungen, rechtliche Hürden und die Folgen für Wohnungsbau und Investitionen gestritten. Janis Ehling betont, dass die Linke trotz der schwierigen Haushaltslage an ihren wohnungspolitischen Forderungen festhalten will. Die Linke wurde bei der Berliner Abgeordnetenhauswahl stärkste Kraft.
