Ha provocato un terremoto giudiziario in Comune a Milano la nuova inchiesta sull'urbanistica della Procura meneghina. A finire nelle carte dei magistrati sono molti grandi progetti che hanno cambiato il volto di Milano negli ultimi anni. Diversi cantieri al centro dell'inchiesta sono nel quartiere di Porta Nuova, diventato tra i luoghi simbolo della nuova Milano. C'è il cantiere del Villaggio Olimpico che sta nascendo, in vista di Milano-Cortina 2026, allo Scalo di Porta Romana Romana. E poi il restyling del Pirellino, ex sede degli uffici urbanistici del Comune venduto da Palazzo Marino alla Coima di Manfredi Catella.
L'imprenditore, ritenuto il re del mattone di Milano, è tra i personaggi di spicco finiti nell'inchiesta: la Procura ne ha chiesto l'arresto. Chiesto l'arresto anche per l'assessore comunale all'Urbanistica Giancarlo Tancredi, per concorso in corruzione. E per il faccendiere Giuseppe Marinoni, ex presidente della commissione Paesaggio.
Ma non sono gli unici indagati eccellenti in questa nuova inchiesta sull'urbanistica a Milano: in tutto sono 21 i nomi coinvolti. Risultano indagati anche il sindaco di Milano Beppe Sala e l'architetto Stefano Boeri.
