Megawati mengatakan, Ketua KPU sebagai pucuk pimpinan penyelenggara pemilu semestinya mengayomi.
menyinggung KPK dan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) sebagai lembaga negara yang lahir di era pemerintahannya pada periode 2001-2004.
Mengaku tak bermaksud sombong, Megawati mengatakan, dirinya lah yang mempelopori berdirinya KPK dan MK.
Sehingga, ia mengeklaim, paham betul aturan dua lembaga itu.
Melihat dinamika di berbagai lembaga itu saat ini, ia pun mengaku merasa pusing.
Diketahui Hasyim Asyari dipecat dari Ketua KPU Ri setelah terbukti melanggar kode etik.
Ia terlibat kasus asusila dengan korban berinisial CAT yang merupakan anggota Panitia Pemilihan Luar Negeri (PPLN) Den Haag, Belanda.(*)
