Ahmad Sahroni Batal Hadiri Sidang SYL

Bendahara Umum Partai Nasdem dan Anggota DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni, batal hadir sebagai saksi di persidangan mantan Menteri Pertanian, Syahrul Yasin Limpo atau SYL, di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu siang.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Jaksa Penuntut Umum KPK Meyer Volmar Simanjuntak di sela sela sidang.

Ahmad Sahroni dijadwalkan hadir sebagai saksi tambahan di luar berkas hari ini.

Namun tidak jadi hadir karena majelis hakim memprioritaskan saksi saksi yang ada di berita acara pemeriksaan terlebih dulu.

Dalam persidangan sebelumnya, terungkap sejumlah aliran dana dari Kementan ke Partai Nasdem.

Termasuk 850 juta rupiah untuk acara penyerahan formulir bakal Calon Legislatif DPR RI.

Jaksa KPK berencana kembali mengundang Ahmad Sahroni dalam persidangan minggu depan.
