HAWAII: Vulkan Kīlauea bricht erneut aus! Gigantische Lavafontänen schießen bis zu 200 Meter hoch!Der hawaiianische Vulkan Kīlauea hat am 5. November 2026 seine mittlerweile 56. Lavafontänen-Episode seit Beginn der aktuellen Ausbruchsserie im Dezember 2024 erlebt. Dabei schoss glühende Lava bis zu 200 Meter hoch in die Luft. Die Eruption begann um 12:10 Uhr Ortszeit und endete nach knapp sechs Stunden um 18:01 Uhr. Die US-Geologiebehörde USGS überwacht die Aktivität kontinuierlich. Weitere Ausbruchsphasen sind möglich.
