Die USA haben den Iran militärisch geschwächt. Das führt aber nicht dazu, dass die breitbeinig auftretenden Eliten in Teheran politisch einlenken, sagt die Politikwissenschaftlerin und Sicherheitsexpertin Prof. Gerlinde Groitl. Verhandlungen könnten schwierig werden. Aus Groitls Sicht lassen sich die einzelnen Konfliktlinien - vom Atomprogramm über Terrorexport bis hin zum ballistischen Raketenprogramm - nur als Paket und nicht einzeln verhandeln.
