🍏 Ingredientes Molde de 18-20 cm o 1/2 litro para 4-6 Porciones pequeñas

-400 g de manzana rayada
-2 huevos
-3 cds de mantequilla o aceite de coco
-4 cdas de almendras molidas o avena
-stevia o 2 cdas de endulzante granulado
-vainilla
-almendras fileteadas

🔥Horno Precaletado | 180ºc por 25-30 min o hasta que veas la parte de arriba ligeramente dorada.

Muy recomendado dejarlo reposar 4-8 h o toda la noche y servirlo al día siguiente frio.
*La textura - Es una mezcla de pudín o flan desbaratado de manzana.

Se conservan en un recipiente en la nevera hasta por 1 semana y cuantos más días pasan, más rico e intenso esta el sabor.
