Ada Bakteri di Sampel MBG, Ini Kata Labkesda | SAPA MALAM
KOMPAS.TV - Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah atau Labkesda Jawa Barat menemukan adanya bakteri di sampel menu Makan Bergizi Gratis yang diambil dari 12 kota dan kabupaten di Jabar. Bakteri yang mendominasi adalah bakteri Salmonella dan Bacillus cereus.Sejak Januari hingga September 2025, Labkesda Jabar menerima 208 sampel MBG dari 12 kota dan kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Di antaranya dari Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Kabupaten dan Kota Bandung, Cianjur, Garut, Sumedang, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Kota Cirebon, Sukabumi, Subang, dan Ciamis.
Ada beberapa faktor penyebab bakteri hidup, seperti air yang tidak bersih, peralatan dan penyajian makanan oleh pekerja, hingga celemek yang dipakai.
Sementara itu, untuk hasil uji lab dari keracunan MBG di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, hasilnya akan disampaikan langsung oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
