ทั่วไทยยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และตกหนักบางแห่งที่ภาคเหนือ ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศกับคุณนภัสกรณ์พายุโซนร้อน นาร์รา ไม่กระทบไทย
วันพรุ่งนี้ไทยยังมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ โดยเฉพาะด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก จากอิทธิพลร่องมรสุม และมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่มีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง
ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนบน คลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร และบริเวณฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงกว่า 3 เมตร ขณะที่อ่าวไทยตอนบนคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ชาวเรือควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวัง
ขณะที่พายุโซนร้อน นาร์รา บริเวณเกาะไหหลำ ประเทศจีน คาดว่าจะขึ้นฝั่งทางตอนใต้ของมณฑลกว่างซี ช่วงวันที่ 24-25 สิงหาคมนี้ แต่พายุจะไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย จึงไม่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อไทย

ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักที่แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ลำพูน ลำปาง กำแพงเพชร พิษณุโลก เพชรบูรณ์ และตาก
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ต้องระวังฝนตกหนักที่หนองคาย บึงกาฬ นครพนม และอุบลราชธานี
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี กาญจนบุรี และราชบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักที่นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี สระแก้ว จันทบุรี และตราด ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 30% ของพื้นที่ ส่วนมากที่เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร และสุราษฎร์ธานี ตกหนักที่ได้ระนอง ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อันดามันตอนบนอาจเจอคลื่นสูงได้ถึง 3 เมตร
ปิดท้ายกันที่ กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ระวังฝนกันด้วย
