• Россияне в октябре купили валюту на 158 млрд рублей — вдвое больше, чем в сентябре. Рубль не ослаб, потому что экспортеры резко нарастили продажи. В ЦБ говорят: это разовый всплеск — люди просто пополнили валютные депозиты, пока курс низкий
• В Госдуме предложили удвоить фиксированную часть пенсии до 17 800 рублей, но шансов мало. А вот больничные с 2026 года точно вырастут — до 7 000 рублей в день. Плюс приняли льготы по программе долгосрочных сбережений для работодателей, участников и родителей
• Дефицит бюджета РФ за 10 месяцев — 4,2 трлн руб., в октябре +400 млрд, Минфин ждёт 5,7 трлн к концу года. Но вот поворот: IT-отрасль сплотилась и заставила ведомство отказаться от отмены льгот по НДС
