Negara yang dikenal dengan nuklirnya ini juga menyediakan peluru artileri dan rudal kepada tentara Rusia.
Bantuan tersebut kian memperkuat posisi Rusia di medan perang.
Kim lantas menegaskan kembali dukungannya tanpa syarat kepada Rusia.
Ia juga mendukung semua upaya Presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin dalam menangani akar penyebab krisis Ukraina.
"Siap mendukung tanpa syarat dan mendorong semua langkah yang diambil oleh kepemimpinan Rusia dalam menangani akar penyebab krisis Ukraina", kata KCNA.
Kim meyakini, Rusia akan meraih kemenangan atas Kiev.
