為什麼你做事很認真，事業卻還是卡住？｜離開學校之後，要慢慢拿掉身上的學生氣【一天聽一點260913】
我們離開學校很多年之後，身上其實還可能留著一套很熟悉的做事方式。老師出題，我負責解題；把作業做到完整，再等一個人告訴我：這樣對不對？夠不夠好？
可是開始工作、接案，甚至經營自己的事業之後，遊戲規則已經不一樣了。
客戶不是老師，他甚至可能連自己的問題都講不清楚。如果你一拿到需求就急著往下做，很可能答案做得很好，卻答錯了題目。
這也是我最近在跟一位年輕設計師討論時，很想提醒她的一件事：做事業，要慢慢拿掉身上的學生氣。
做得完整，不代表做對了。自己親手做，也不一定比懂得整合資源更有價值。甚至我們很在意的同儕認可、專業圈評價，也未必會直接變成市場願意付錢的理由。
做事業之後，時間開始有成本，工具也一直在改變。真正值得留下來的，是你的判斷、品味，以及你能不能理解眼前這個人真正需要什麼。
所以與其一直待在自己的教室裡，猜下一科還要準備什麼，不如開始跟市場說話。
因為市場沒有標準答案，但它會給你回饋。
而我們真正要學會的，也不是如何繼續當一個滿分學生，而是怎麼在沒有老師改考卷之後，仍然有能力把自己想要的事業，一步一步做出來。
