Penampakan Uang Rp231 Juta Hasil OTT KPK di Kasus Dugaan Korupsi PUPR Sumut

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – KPK menunjukkan barang bukti uang tunai senilai Rp231 juta dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) dalam kasus dugaan korupsi di Dinas PUPR Sumatra Utara (Sumut).

“Mengamankan sejumlah uang tunai Rp231 juta. Jadi, Rp231 juta ini merupakan bagian dari Rp2 miliar yang telah saya sampaikan di awal,” ujar Plt Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur, pada Sabtu (28/6/2025).

“Kita memonitor bahwa ada penarikan sebesar Rp2 miliar yang dilakukan saudara KIR dan RAY, kemudian dibagi-bagi dan disalurkan ke beberapa tempat. Sisanya, sebesar Rp231 juta, kita temukan di rumah KIR,” lanjutnya.

Diketahui, KPK juga menetapkan lima orang tersangka, yakni: Kadis PUPR Sumut Topan Obaja Putra Ginting (TOP), Rasuli Efendi Siregar (RES) selaku Kepala UPTD Gunung Tua sekaligus Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), Heliyanto (HEL) selaku PPK Satker PJN Wilayah I Sumut, serta Dua pihak swasta, yakni Akhirun (KIR) selaku Dirut PT DNG, dan anaknya, Rayhan Dulasmi (RAY) selaku Dirut PT RN.
