British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has told his cabinet he will remain in his job despite mounting pressure to resign following devastating local election losses. The Labour Party lost nearly 1,500 council seats, prompting several junior ministers to step down and around 90 MPs to call for his resignation. British media report the home secretary has urged Starmer to reflect on his future.
