L'OCSE avverte che il risanamento dei #conti pubblici italiani sarà più arduo in futuro per via dell'invecchiamento della popolazione e le crescenti spese per difesa e per clima.

Per sostenere la #crescita l'Italia deve affrontare il calo demografico includendo maggiormente donne e giovani nel mercato del lavoro. E' prioritario investire, secondo l'OCSE, nel capitale umano potenziando gli istituti tecnici e adeguando i programmi per ridurre l'alto numero dei #NEET.

L'Ocse vorrebbe che venissero aboliti i licei, i posti in cui si pensa e vogliono invece la tecnica, vogliono trasformare i giovani in robot. Io sono completamente opposto a questa visione dell'Ocse. Penso che l'Italia abbia invece bisogno di umanesimo.

Io ho registrato un marchio strategia umanistica e faccio consulenza alle piccole e medie imprese su questo. E tutti i piccoli, i medi e i microimprenditori riconoscono l'importanza dell'umanesimo nei problemi aziendali. I problemi cioè dell'essere ancora uomini e non intelligenze artificiali.
