Peng Liyuan, esposa del presidente chino, Xi Jinping, asistió en Beijing al evento Vínculo con Kuliang: Festival de la Juventud China-Estados Unidos 2025, en el que pronunció un discurso. Kuliang es un suburbio de Fuzhou, en el este de China. Peng expresó que la centenaria historia de Kuliang muestra la amistad entre ambas naciones.
