Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani menetapkan anggaran konsumsi rapat pemerintah melalui PMK No. 32 Tahun 2025 tentang Standar Biaya Masukan 2026.Dalam aturan ini, biaya konsumsi rapat koordinasi tingkat menteri, wakil menteri, atau eselon I ditetapkan sebesar Rp118.000 per orang. Untuk kudapan, ditetapkan Rp53.000. Jika keduanya disediakan, totalnya menjadi Rp171.000 per orang.
"Satuan biaya konsumsi rapat/pertemuan merupakan satuan biaya yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan biaya pengadaan makanan dan kudapan termasuk minuman untuk rapat/pertemuan baik untuk rapat koordinasi tingkat menteri/wakil menteri/eselon I/setara maupun untuk rapat biasa dan dilaksanakan secara luring (offline) paling singkat selama 2 (dua) jam," demikian penjelasan dalam peraturan tersebut.
Beleid itu juga mengatur anggaran konsumsi untuk rapat biasa, dengan besaran berbeda di setiap provinsi. Adapun terendah adalah Kalimantan Tengah (Rp42.000 untuk makan, Rp16.000 untuk kudapan). Sedangkan yang tertinggi yakni Papua Pegunungan (Rp93.000 untuk makan, Rp42.000 untuk kudapan).
