Die ORF-Entscheidung ist damit die Fortsetzung eines Systems, das von Postenschacher, parteipolitischen Abhängigkeiten und der Absicherung von Machtstrukturen lebt. Der Küniglberg bleibt ein Selbstbedienungsladen der Systemparteien. Der von den Systemparteien ruinierte ORF muss mit einer Totalreform komplett neu aufgesetzt werden.
