Author and podcast host Anna Lundberg traces that definition of success from the "good girl" written in red ink in her school exercise books back through the generations to the Industrial Revolution and the Reformation. Then she shows you how to rewrite the success scripts that now cost you more than they give, starting with the question to ask when you catch one: whose script is that?Anna Lundberg works with founders and leaders at the point where the very things that made them successful start holding them back. The drive, the habits, the definition of success they built a career on - the ones that worked, until they didn't. She helps them see the scripts running underneath it all: the beliefs about success we pick up so early we forget we ever absorbed them, and rarely stop to question. She spent a decade chasing the conventional version of success - an Oxford degree, a marketing career, ticking every box - then a decade redefining it. She's written two books, with a third on the way, and hosts the Reimagining Success podcast. Anna lives in Poole with her partner and two young children, and builds her work around school hours and real life.
