Ingredientes para 6 porciones:
Masa del donut:
👉 120 g de harina saludable la que quieras
que yo dividí en 80 g avena molida + 40 g de almendras molidas
👉1 cdita de polvo para hornear o levadura de repostería
👉80 ml de leche vegetal o de vaca
👉 Vainilla o aceite de naranja
👉1 huevo o huevo vegano
CRUMBLE :
👉70 g de avena molida + 30 g de copos de avena
👉3 cdas de mantequilla o 2 cdas de aceite de coco
👉2 cdas de panela o azúcar mascabado o Monk fruit para una versión sin azúcar
🔥Horno siempre precalentado 15 min a 180 ºc | 345 ºF
Nota:
Estos donut se conservan sin problema durante toda la semana en la nevera.
