Kondisi ini mencerminkan posisi fiskal pemerintah hingga kuartal ketiga tahun berjalan.
Purbaya menjelaskan bahwa hingga akhir triwulan III 2025, kinerja APBN masih menunjukkan stabilitas yang cukup baik. Ia menegaskan, meskipun terjadi defisit, keseimbangan primer tetap berada pada posisi positif, menandakan pengelolaan fiskal yang relatif terkendali.
Dalam paparannya pada konferensi pers APBN KiTa Edisi Oktober 2025 yang digelar di Jakarta, Selasa (14/10), Purbaya menekankan pentingnya menjaga disiplin anggaran di tengah dinamika ekonomi global yang belum sepenuhnya pulih. Ia juga menyoroti bahwa pemerintah terus berupaya memastikan belanja negara diarahkan untuk memperkuat daya tahan ekonomi domestik.
Dari sisi pendapatan, negara berhasil menghimpun Rp1.863,3 triliun, atau sekitar 65 persen dari target dalam outlook APBN 2025. Meskipun capaian ini tergolong solid, jumlahnya mengalami penurunan sebesar 7,2 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama pada tahun sebelumnya, yang mencapai Rp2.008,6 triliun.
