Sebelumnya, Rusia mengutuk keras serangan Amerika Serikat ke sejumlah fasilitas nuklir Iran.
Rusia mengingatkan aksi AS semakin membahayakan situasi di Timur Tengah.
Kremlin juga menyebut serangan AS terhadap Iran sebagai serangan yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan melangkahi hukum internasional.
Sementara itu Presiden Prancis Emmanuel Macron disebut bakal menggelar rapat dengan Dewan Pertahanan merespons serangan Amerika Serikat ke Iran.
Menteri Luar Negeri Prancis Jean-Noel Barrot sebelumnya telah menyatakan kekhawatiran atas aksi militer AS terhadap Iran.
Dia juga menegaskan Prancis sama sekali tidak terlibat dalam serangan tersebut.
Sementara Eropa terus mendesak Teheran melanjutkan jalur diplomatik dengan Amerika Serikat untuk menemukan solusi terkait program nuklir Iran.
