Ucrania y Rusia volverán a la mesa de negociación esta semana. El presidente ucraniano, Volodímir Zelenski, detalló el 21 de julio que la próxima ronda de conversaciones de paz se realizará el día 23 de este mes en Turquía. Zelenski anunció el encuentro con el secretario del Consejo de Seguridad y Defensa Nacional, Rustem Umerov.
