Tolak Tegas! Pemerintah Indonesia Batalkan Visa Atlet Israel di Kejuaraan Dunia Senam Artistik 2025

Menteri Koordinator Bidang Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi, dan Pemasyarakatan, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, mengumumkan keputusan ini pada Kamis (9/10/2025).
Ia menegaskan langkah tersebut sejalan dengan arahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang mengecam kekejaman Israel terhadap rakyat Palestina.
Yusril menyatakan Indonesia tidak akan membuka hubungan dalam bentuk apapun dengan Israel hingga Palestina diakui sebagai negara merdeka dan berdaulat.
Sikap ini juga sejalan dengan harapan seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
Menanggapi laporan media Israel bahwa enam atlet telah didaftarkan, Yusril menegaskan kembali posisi pemerintah: visa tidak akan diberikan.
Setelah berkoordinasi, diketahui bahwa Federasi Senam Artistik Internasional telah menarik kembali sponsorship mereka karena mengetahui sikap Indonesia yang menolak kehadiran atlet Israel.
Rencana kedatangan atlet Israel ini sebelumnya telah memicu gelombang penolakan dari berbagai elemen masyarakat di Indonesia.
