👉🏻 Cuidar a quienes enseñan es también una forma de mejorar la educación y el bienestar de toda la comunidad universitaria.💟 El Servicio de Bienestar y Cuidado del Profesorado nace para acompañar a los docentes, prevenir situaciones de malestar y ofrecer apoyo cuando lo necesiten. La iniciativa proporciona recursos prácticos para el bienestar docente, abordando aspectos como el cuidado de la voz y el cuerpo, la alimentación y la identificación y gestión de las emociones.
👥 El servicio presta especial atención a algunos retos asociados a la docencia online, como la sensación de soledad que puede experimentar el profesorado, y promueve encuentros presenciales en diferentes localidades de España para favorecer la conexión y el acompañamiento.
🔧 Además de proporcionar herramientas, el proyecto busca escuchar activamente a los docentes mediante diferentes canales de participación para conocer sus inquietudes y seguir mejorando el servicio.
