KOMPAS.TV - Menko Marves, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengajak publik untuk turut mengawasi ormas yang mendapat izin untuk mengelola tambang.Luhut menyebut izin usaha pertambangan khusus untuk ormas rawan menimbulkan konflik kepentingan. Oleh karena itu perlu diawasi secara ketat.
Pemerintah memberikan izin pengelolaan tambang kepada ormas keagamaan lewat Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 25 tahun 2024 tentang perubahan atas PP nomor 96 tahun 2021 tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pertambangan mineral dan batubara.
