Menurut kuasa hukum Jokowi, Yakub Hasibuan, Selasa (22/7/2025), permintaan itu memang diusulkan bersama timnya.
Yakub menjelaskan, alasan itu dikarenakan keberadaan penyidik saat ini tengah memeriksa para saksi yyang berada di Kota Solo.
Yakub menyebut, akan segera mengajukan permohonan resmi ke penyidik untuk mengatur pelaksanaan pemeriksaan ulang itu.
Lanjut Yakup mengatakan, soal lokasi pemeriksaan di Polresta Solo, menurutnya itu masih dalam koridor hukum dan prosedur teknis penyidikan yang berlaku.
