In particolare, mira a scoprire gli “strumenti” economici, finanziari e monetari, che mettono in moto questo sistema. Quanto agli strumenti economici, si intrattiene sulle “liberalizzazioni” e le micidiali “privatizzazioni”. Quanto agli strumenti finanziari, si sofferma sulle “cartolarizzazioni”, sui “derivati” e sulla “creazione del danaro dal nulla”. Passa, quindi, a dimostrare l’assoluta incompatibilità di questo sistema con i “principi fondamentali” della nostra Costituzione, che tutela gli “interessi pubblici” e la “proprietà pubblica”, che non ha “limiti”, mentre numerosi limiti sono posti sulla proprietà privata”, garantendo così l’“eguaglianza” economico sociale di tutti i cittadini.
