평범한 김치볶음밥에 생크림+치즈까지 넣으니까
파스타집에서 나올 법한 비주얼이더라구요!
먹어보면 김치볶음밥의 매콤한 맛이 먼저 확 올라오는데
바로 뒤이어 크림이 그 매운맛을 싹 감싸주면서
부드럽게 넘어가는 거예요!!
마치 까르보나라 소스가 입안에서 코팅되듯이 퍼지는데
거기에 김치의 아삭아삭한 식감이 살아 있어서
진짜 신기한 조합이었어요!
그리고 치즈를 조금 더 넣어서 늘어나는 치즈랑 같이 먹으니까
식감까지 풍부해져서 훨씬 맛있었습니다🥰
근데 솔직히 처음엔 정말 신기하고 맛있고 술술 넘어가는데
마지막 몇 숟가락쯤 되니까 살짝 느끼함이 올라오더라구요!
깍두기 같은 아삭한 반찬을 곁들이거나
청양고추 조금만 썰어 넣어주면 끝까지 물리지 않고
훨씬 더 깔끔하게 즐길 수 있겠더라구요!
한번쯤 만들어 먹어볼만한 레시피인것 같네요
