Congresistas buscan encausar a Raúl Castro por crímenes de lesa humanidad
El influencer y activista cubanoamericano Alex Otaola subraya el trabajo que están realizando representantes políticos en Washington para reactivar acciones judiciales contra Raúl Castro por crímenes de lesa humanidad. El presidente de la Fundación Cubana Anticomunista considera que esta iniciativa complementa otras estrategias dirigidas a presionar a la cúpula del poder en Cuba.Otaola menciona la solicitud enviada por congresistas al Departamento de Justicia para revisar y reabrir casos vinculados al derribo de las avionetas de Hermanos al Rescate. El activista destaca que existen grabaciones y testimonios que, a su juicio, constituyen elementos relevantes dentro de ese proceso.
El presidente de la Fundación Cubana Anticomunista sostiene que la reapertura de estos expedientes podría marcar un precedente importante en el ámbito jurídico internacional.
