❤ 🍑 Bizcocho de Avena con Fruta, Sin Azúcar, Sin Gluten en minutos
¿Tienes ganas de un postre suave, jugoso y delicioso pero sin encender el horno? Esta tarta invertida de fruta en sartén es la solución perfecta. Se prepara en menos de 10 minutos, queda ultra tierna y no lleva azúcar ni lácteos. ¡Una opción súper saludable y fácil para cualquier momento del día!
Ingredientes - Molde 16-18 cm
(6 porciones pequeñas):
• 1 lata de melocotones en jugo (o 2 melocotones frescos)
• 2 huevos
• 4 cdas de bebida vegetal (o leche)
• 1 cdita de extracto de vainilla
• Endulzante al gusto -1 cdita de estevia líquida o 3 cdas de endulzante granulado para más cuerpo.
• 8 cdas ~ 80-90 g de harina de avena (certificada sin gluten)
• 1/2 cdita de polvo para hornear
Cocinar a fuego bajo durante 8-12 min en sartén de 16 cm con tapa.
Disfrútala recién hecha sola o con una bola de helado casero bajo en azúcar. ¡Te va a encantar!
