Dalam Kongres kali ini, PDIP mengusung tema ‘Satyam Eva Jayate, Berderap Dalam Satu Barisan’.
Menurut pantauan di salah satu hotel di kawasan Benoa, Badung, ratusan kader PDIP tampak sudah mengenakan seragam partai berwarna merah.
Mereka terlihat mulai bersiap di salah satu ruang tunggu hotel sembari mengecek perlengkapan sebelum berangkat ke arena.
Selain itu, anggota juga mengenakan kartu peserta Kongres yang tergantung di leher para kader partai berlogo banteng moncong putih itu.
Tak lama kemudian, Ketua DPR RI sekaligus Ketua DPP PDIP, Puan Maharani juga tampak sudah sampai di arena Kongres siang ini.
Dari rekaman yang diterima Tribunnews, tampak sejumlah bendera partai bercampur dengan Bendera Merah Putih berkibar di lokasi kongres.
Selain itu penjagaan ketat dari satgas maupun pecalang sudah dikerahkan di lokasi untuk tujuan penertiban.
Meski pelaksanaan sudah dipastikan hari ini, namun belum diketahui pukul berapa acara akan dibuka.
