"Ma a settembre è arrivato un monito chiarissimo – racconta #Loy –: chi pensava di fare il furbo convertendo quei soldi in opere civili sbaglia di grosso. La spesa #militare non si tocca". È in quel momento, spiega, che Crosetto ha cambiato registro e ha rilanciato lo spettro russo.
