Russian President Vladimir Putin's ally Viktor Medvedchuk, a Ukrainian politician living in exile in Russia since 2022, warned of a "third world war" after NATO members France and the United Kingdom signed a declaration of intent to establish military hubs in Ukraine if a truce moves forward.
